Oct. 18
St. Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco, CA. With sister Shelby just after her hip replacement (!) surgery. Turns out congenital hip dysplasia was exacerbated by all those years of cheerleading, gymnastics, and SUPER flexibility! Within two weeks she was riding a stationary bike, swimming, and walking on crutches.

AT Encore Fitness in Sherman Oaks, CA. That's hunky actor/athlete/spinning guru Jack Scalia who teaches the best spinning classes in LA when he's not busy with movies like the recent "Red Eye". We all know him from TV's The Rockford Files and Dallas from years ago but have to agree he gets better and better with age.
What a babe!

Back in LA long enough to unpack and pack again for next journeys...I did have time to stop by Juliano's RAW, the coolest restaurant around.I LOVE the Sea Witch soup, expecially when I'm on the 21 Day Detox, which I just finished! I celebrated at Juliano's with his world-famous raw food. Here I am with the raw man himself, Juliano, HIs retaurant is at 6th and Broadway in Santa Monica, CA. Worth the trip! The last time I was there I ran into actor Stephen Collins ("Seventh Heaven"). He looked as amazing as when I frist met him, more than 20 years ago! Must be that healthy diet.(Rumor has it Juliano and his cuisine were responsible for Demi' Moore's fab figure in "Charlie's Angels 3".)
