  • Q: Do I have to be a fitness competitor to come to camp?
  • A: No! Most campers are everyday people who want to finally get the results they’ve been promised for years and years.

  • Q: Will I get motivated?
  • A: You bet! That’s our job. We’ll get you started on a plan that will excite you and get you on the right fitness track.

  • Q: Will I lose weight or body fat?
  • A: You’ll leave camp armed with the tools to lose inches and/or pounds and have a body that you like to look at in the mirror.

    I really had a blast and learned a lot too. I'm enjoying reading Phil Campbell's book, "Ready, Set, GO!" And that cycling (outdoor brought indoors) experience was awesome! Having the visualization was key in getting through those uphill runs!

  • The first day I went back to work after the Fit Camp, every body told me "there is something different about you today"! Some thought I had a face lift! They thought I looked much younger and look happier. I told them about the camp and how much I enjoyed it.
    Yesterday my manager came to me and asked about the telephone number for Fit Camp, apparently his wife has decided to go!

Workouts

  • Life is a Beach!Beach Workout
    FITCAMP is a block from the beach in Malibu. We couldn't live with ourselves if we didn't offer a special beach workout. This workout is a combo of obstacle course type activities and speed drills with great props. There's nothing like it anywhere else.

  • Indoor Cycling Classes
    These are held several times daily and feature conventional indoor cycles as well as Trixter X-Bikes, the latest piece of equipment available in this field. These classes will burn calories like there's no tomorrow. Great music and world-class instructors make our indoor cycling classes the best in the country. Plus, we hold them outdoors on our sunny Cycle Loft.
    Even if you've never tried it before, we guarantee you'll become an indoor addict…outdoors!

  • Hell Hikes
    Hell HillThese daily "grinds" are a special treat at FITCAMP. Once you've conquered Hell Hill you'll never be the same. You go at your own pace and have the support of the entire group in helping you make your way to the top. Fitness studs can lead the pack and break existing camp speed records if they want a real challenge. Either way, everyone gets to the top.
    FAB for the backside---nothing tones the booty like walking up a steep pitch. We'll even teach you how to create a Hell Hike in your hometown.

  • Obstacle Course
    For those wanting a real bootcamp experience, this is it. Speed, balance, agility, focus, strength, and flexibility all come into play on this timed course. There are awards given out for Best Individual, Best Team and Best Effort.

  • Abs 101 and Advanced Abs
    Ever dream of having a 6-pack? We'll show you how. Whatever your fitness level we'll work your stomach and core in ways you've never seen before.

  • Pilates
    It's the hottest fitness trend in the country. Learn some basic Pilates moves that you can take home with you. This workout will train your muscles to be longer and leaner than ever before. No wonder it's a favorite of ballet dancers, professional athletes, and sports enthusiasts of all kinds. Nothing better for a total core workout.

  • Greta & Hip HopFunky Hip Hop
    Bust a funky move and get your groove on with a Hollywood choreographer. Burn fat, improve balance and coordination and have fun all at the same time. You'll learn some moves you can take home to the local club and wow them with, even if you though you had two left feet!

  • Faux Tae Bo
    Kick butt! This workout combines explosive moves with traditional cardio to help you step up your metabolism and build muscle. In the process you also learn some helpful self-defense tactics.

  • Yoga
    Are you a devoted yogini? Then these classes will heighten your practice.
    Never tried it, but wanted to? Learn the basics from our pros.
    The style of yoga taught at FITCAMP is a groovy vinyasa style that allows for variations for all levels.


  • Belly Dancing
    Belly Dance classes consist of body isolations, torso strengthening, enhanced flexibility, veil work, finger cymbals techniques, choreography, and improvisational skills. We even provide costumes for that full effect!

  • Sprint 8
    You haven't heard of it ..yet. But you will! This camp exclusive is the answer to your prayers. We'll teach you the secrets of high-intensity interval training interspersed with low intensity intervals for recovery. You can use this with your workouts at home whether they're biking, running, walking, swimming, or weight lifting.
    You'll build muscle, lose fat, increase feel-good hormones and get anti-aging benefits to boot.
    Better yet, the guy who invented it will be the guy teaching you at camp. Doesn't get better than that.

  • RopesRopes Course
    Challenge yourself and break through to new ways of being. Our ropes course includes a climbing wall, Power Poles, and other "high ropes" events. You'll conquer your fears and create powerful new goals. No one pushes you beyond what YOU want to do but watch out! At the FITCAMP ropes course people have known to become outrageous, courageous warriors like never before. You just might have some untapped potential that even you are unaware of.
    The folks back home may not recognize you after this one.

  • More…..
    We also "break" new workout techniques at camp. These are the styles that you'll see cropping up at your home gym in the years ahead. Always ahead of the pack, you can count on FITCAMP to give you the inside scoop on what the "next big thing" will be.
